Otto, a decrepit busking hobo, bashes out a jaunty tune on his toy piano to amuse passers by and hopefully earn him the odd coin. But on a pavement full of street maestros why would anyone spare a penny for old Otto? Because if you deposit a coin in this urchins cap and you shall discover the answer to an unknowable secret of the universe. The question is who's universe?
Based on beautiful bizarre character designs by Benjamin Dalby, What Does Otto See is directed by Neil Baker and was written by Neil Baker & Benjamin Dalby, with music by Hugh Cowling.
